In art, Chiaroscuro creates a sense of three-dimensionality and emphasizes the important, tones down the secondary, brings drama and emotionality to the picture. In a symbolic sense, this is the ambition of our virtual gallery - to help its audience to see contemporary Bulgarian art as three-dimensional.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all countries of the European Union, to Switzerland and the US. Your order will normally be processed within eight business days, but from time to time, export formalities could take a little longer. On the day of shipment, we will send you an identification number that allows you to verify the whereabouts of your order online. Please consider that for shipments to Switzerland and the US, additional customs charges and customs handling fees might incur!

Please contact us if you want to order something from us and do not live in the EU, in Switzerland or the US. 

Please contact us if you live in or near Sofia and prefer to receive your order directly from us without using the courier service.

Returns & Replacements

The objects sold on Svetlosyanka.com are unique works of art. Therefore, replacements are impossible and we will accept returns only in exceptional cases. Please contact us if you are unhappy with the processing of your order or have received a work that does not meet your expectations or the description on the website.
